Offbeat Solutions is aimed at the development of sound generating software, or ‘sound generators’. These programs generate continually changing and evolving sound to stimulate or relax the mind.
The sound generators can be used in situations where fatigue or boredom might be an issue to heighten motivation and performance, but are also useful for workshops, meditative exercises and other events where the open mind of the user is required. Of course there are many more mental effects that can be achieved through the use of generative sound.

Edwin Rietmeijer is a creative technologist. He specializes in making sound and music generating programs. He uses these programs in his compositions, productions and live performances. Edwin has a large amount of experience with composing and mixing electronic music, editing of digital audio, and creating software for stand-alone audio synthesis and interactive installations.
